About VIBCO Pneumatic Ball Vibrators

VIBCO's ball vibrators can be mounted in any position and they fit all competitive models' bolting patterns - so you can switch over to VIBCO quality quickly and easily.

VIBCO Ball Vibrators are able to be used in high-temperature settings - up to 350 degrees! That's because we were able to eliminate the end-cover o-rings that melted down at 200 degrees. Just another VIBCO innovation!

VIBCO Ball Vibrators require lubrication for long, trouble-free operation. They can be mounted directly to the structure to be vibrated or they can be mounted with simple mounting plates for better vibration transfer.

Did you know that VIBCO Ball Vibrators are available with FOUR different air exhaust options? So you can select the option that is most appropriate for your operational needs.

1. Standard Muffler
Silences the exhausting air noise and the sound created by the ball rolling around in the ball chase
2. Muffler with Adjustable Screw
Sets the air pressure and speed of the ball to a predetermined value, no matter how high the air inlet pressure
3. Ported Exhaust
For areas where exhausting air can cause contamination, an air hose can be connected to the outlet port so that the exhausted air can be piped away from the area
4. Slave Unit
Two units can run off of one air line by connecting an air hose from the exhaust port of one unit to the air inlet on a second unit. This second unit is a "slave unit" and will product approximately one half of the force and speed of the primary unit.
